The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) is seeking to
establish a list of candidates to serve on the Oregon Recreation
Trails Advisory Council (ORTAC) for Congressional District 1 and
Congressional District 4.

Congressional District 1 encompasses the Northwest corner of Oregon.
It encompasses a portion of Washington County, Columbia County,
Clatsop County and Yamhill County.

Congressional District 4 encompasses a portion of Benton County, Lane
County, Linn County, Douglas County, Coos County, Curry County and a
portion of Josephine County.

The Council consists of seven members, at least one from each
congressional district and not less than two members from separate
counties bordering upon the ocean shore.
