Since it's that time of year again, does anyone have the "high points" of Portland and what the actual elevations are?

Council Crest on the west side leaps to mind since I live at the bottom of that hill. Any numbers on Mt Scott, Rocky Butte or other east side promontories? May as well give numbers on Skyline Blvd where it ends "overlooking" Scapoose.
