Being an optimist, despite our torrential downpours, I am getting a TT bike built for Spring. To finish the build, I need aero bars/base, bar end shifters (9 or 10 speed) and brake levers. Would prefer a complete cockpit but, will also consider individual parts. Also prefer S bend for the extensions.
