Tim, Suzanne Girard-Eberle <EBC-@aol.com> is the sports nutritionist who
teamed up with Ed Burke at last January's Oregon Cycling Conference at the
MAC. Suzanne is on staff at OHSU, and is a coach-nutritionist at the MAC.
She's also the author of a recent book on the subject of sports nutrition
and a cyclist.
She'll also be leading a seminar on sports nutrition at the upcoming 4th
annual Oregon Cycling Conference (January 18th, 2003).
Contact Suzanne directly at the email address above, or just come to the
January conference (there'll be a lot more than nutrition there as well).
