Second- Looking for two bike related parts/supplies:

I'm looking for a used trainer for indoor riding this winter. Nothing fancy, just some resistance adjustment would be nice (<$100).

I'm going to a 1x9 and am in need of a mountain 9 speed derailleur. Any xtr rears floating around in anyone's part boxes they'd sell?
