Good day,
I need a Java Script form created and thought I would see if someone out in
OBRA could help. I have a budget for the project. The form would have
about 10 to 15 fields. Some required, some check box selections, some
drop-down. In the end it would need to email mail me on submit. Email me
off list if you are interested. I can send you what the form should look
like and the data and you can quote me a price.
