Hi OBRAland,
2 lady racers have found an amazing 3bdrm house and are looking for a third
(male or female), for a Feb 1 move in date.
Rent share would be ~$630/month, which includes ALL utilities (other then
internet), and the place is within 2 blocks of Laurelhurst park. Pretty
much best location ever with a great front porch for people watching, a
front patio and area for a garden. Plenty of room in the basement for
storage (ie a bike room). Probably couldn't have 10 bikes, but could
definitely house a number of them.
We can't have any more pets (have 1 cat, hoping to get a dog in the
future). If you're interested, let us know asap!
