Good afternoon everyone and Happy New Year.....I have 2 openings in my early AM Tuesday/Thursday Strength, Speed and Agility classes. Monday/Wednesday is full at this time, but things change sometimes and I can keep you updated if you are interested in those days....
Class is 2 days a week, start time 5:45AM, ends at 7AM.
Classes are based around building power and explosive power on the bike, plus an all around fitness building workout with plenty of core and balance drills....We use plyo boxes, medicine balls, kettlebells, agility ladders etc...in class...
Class starts with a dynamic warm-up, then mat work, working on back, ab and hip strength drills, then the main part of class working on lower body power and upper body/core strength, each class finishes with 10 minutes of foam rolling....
Class is 75.00 per month
Intervals class on Wednesday nights, again I have room for a few more people right now.....set up/warm-up at 5:45pm and we start at 6:15pm, typically off the bike by 7:30 or so depending on the workout......Classes are based around what season we are in, we are ramping things up for early race season right now after numerous weeks of long endurance intervals...Class is 28.00 a month, or 8.00 a week for drop in...I have some trainers/ inside ride rollers to loan out, not a guarantee though, but have storage space for your trainer and a bike even if you want to leave there, we also have some spin bikes avail as well.....I work off HR zones in class if you are wondering....Plenty of very fast top cyclists in this class from local teams....You would not be disappointed in how hard the class works.
