It seems that my spare bedroom brings luck to all who rent from me. My last
3 long term housemates moved out in order to move in with... their
girlfriends. Very sweet for them. Very annoying for me.
I am once again looking for a new housemate. I am in the downtown Vancouver
area. Rent is only $475 in a furnished (if you choose) room. Includes all
utilities, space to hang a bike or two, and pets to cuddle. I am a 15
minute drive or 40 minute ride to downtown Portland.
