I had a Klein with internal downtube cable routing. Here's the process I
used (I think I found it online):
1. Get some sewing thread - about 6 ft long
2. Tie one end to the cable. This is probably the trickiest part. Wrap
it around many times before tying a knot.
3. Get your vacuum cleaner. Place the suction hose where the cable will
come out.
4. Feed the thread in through the input hole. It should feed in from the
suction. Keep feeding it in until it gets sucked out the hole.
5. Now that the thread is fed in and out of the holes, gently use the
thread to pull the cable through and out the exit hole .
6. Tying a "twistie" to the end of the thread before step 4 can help the
thread suck through and out the hole.
