Hey Personal Trainers, I have a professional question for you all.
I'm doing a bunch of studying, want to get my certification and become a professional trainer and coach.
I'm lost as to the best certification to pursue for my business.
I plan to be a freelance professional, so obtaining my own insurance and getting a certification that will allow me to work in other states and possibly overseas is a plus.
I also plan to continue my education to focus on sports injury rehabilitation and whole food nutrition, so fulfilling educational requirements and re-certifying every couple of years is no problem.
Anybody have experience with multiple certifying organizations?
International certifying organizations?
And what's the best value? I'd rather not pay for anything I don't need, but I don't waste money on a cheap certification that will only give me a piece of paper with nothing to back it up.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
