Fulcrum Fitness (3934 MLK) is now offering cycling intervals classes on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. The Tuesday class is an intervals only class that runs from 5:45 to 7AM. They have also started a strength/cycling combo class on Thursday nights from 7:30 to 9PM. 40 minutes of a cross-fit style strength workout with one of Fulcrum's personal trainers, followed by a high intensity 45 minute spin class.
