MORNING CHECK IN:
If you have a valid OBRA 2012 license and I have your race number, then you
can just show up before your race, no checkin required.

However, you MUST attend morning checkin (8:00am - 9:00am) if:
++ you do NOT have a 2012 OBRA license. 2011 licenses don't count.
++ you need to buy an OBRA license (save time, bring a form already filled
out)
++ you want to buy a one-day obra license (save time, bring a form already
filled out)
++ you need a temporary race number

SUPER IMPORTANT:
After 9:00, the computer is closed up and moved to the finish line. If you
need to take care of business, take care of it before 9:00, because nobody
will be available to help you after that.
