...room available in our south tabor home- trying here before throwing the big net out to craigslist. 100 sqft, walk in closet, big windows. long driveway, garage (used as shop space, no way a car is going in there but it's good for motorbikes and projects) some bike and misc. storage room in the basement. there are no pets here now, but we'd consider meeting your cat. my other and i live downstairs and we'd split utilities three ways. it's not a big place, so finding a good fit takes precedence over filling the room immediately. available now, $450 per month plus utils.
