REI and Performance Bike usually have kids size stuff, and we have outfitted my
daughter from the Pearl Izumi outlet in Woodburn. If he is around 5 feet and
under 100lbs. you might try some XS women's size stuff. Before his last growth
spurt my son occasionally borrowed my wife's jacket but he's now 5'7, 170lbs and
still only 13.

Subject: [OBRA Chat] Where to find cycling gear for Juniors?
My youngest is 13, just feet tall and built like a rail (go figure).. There is
no way he'd fit into adult small in any garment. I'd be surprised if he fit into
adult XS since he's under 100lbs at the moment.
Any stores locally he could find something? Or, shudder.. places on-line?
