Lightly used Sapphire Blue 1999 Burley Rumba Softride Tandem Bicycle. $800 for OBRA. My wife and I have only ridden this bike a handful of times since purchasing it new from Gateway Bicycles here in Portland. It has less than 500 miles on it. $2000 when new. 56cm Aluminum frame with Softride carbon fiber beam for the bumpy stoker position---which is probably the nicest solution available. If you want to keep your stoker happy this is the bike for you. Frame is stiff, responsive, predictable and very stoker friendly. Stoker has a great range of sizing flexibility due to the Softride beam and cockpit options. Perfect for couples or Parent/Child options.

I also have a Rockymounts tandem rack available and will work a package deal if you are interested in both. The TandemMount R4 is simply the best tandem bike rack on the market. Take the front wheel off and mount your tandem onto the fork mount from the ground. Once the fork is clamped in, lift the rear wheel onto the tray, and that's it. You will only have to lift half the bike's weight at one time. Fits Yakima and Thule round and square crossbars. This is also the only tandem bicycle carrier that will allow you to quickly switch to transporting a regular single bike (works as a superb recumbent bike rack too) - simply turn a wingnut and the bike tray slides forward.
