Yes. That is true the merger/ financial work is almost complete. This is
an older Youtube. After OBRA absorbs UCI, this run will have full padding
all the way down, all holes will be filled smooth with asphalt or concrete,
all loose gravel will be swept off course, dogs will be allowed on course,
but they must be dragging a leash to comply with "canine on course - rule
402.001, cowbell will be allowed, number will need to be on left side and
yes riders will need to have lawyer tabs intact as manufactured. At the top
of run last rites will be an option and best of all at the bottom of the run
will be Frites and Beer (for legal age racers) and orange juice. No feeding
while on course during official run. OK to feed or take hand-ups during
practice runs. Event will be known as "Hot Chili Pressure Drop".
Have great Friday folks.

I agree. People should know what to expect. If you think some gravel is not so good, imagine riding the course in the attachment below in a pin-striped suit only to have a UCI official waiting to tell you what is right and wrong at the bottom. Do you think this rider knew what he was getting into before this event?
I suggest keeping some TP handy.
