I want to increase awareness of this event and encourage everyone to get the word out in the cycling community. The event, 65 miles (for "65 roses") was poorly attended last year, raises money for cystic fibrosis research. A cure is close, funds are needed. Two of my daughters have CF. They will never race a bike, at 11 and 9 already with breathing problems. They each spend almost 2 hours a day on a nebulizer. Unless a cure is found, they will need some luck to make it past their 20s, and their's is a mild form. Please consider signing up yourself or friends and family. Thanks friends, Dan
