Campagnolo has a Shimano freehub body that will allow you to use your
Shimano/sram cassettes no problem. If that's not an option, you can always
try the JTek shiftmate, it alters the cable throw per gear change to match
which ever cassette you want to use.

Try the freehub, that's the best solution.

Been intermixing SRAM, campy, and shimano components for years with few issues. Every once in a while have to do slight barrel adjustment on rear mech but works just fine.

I was wondering if anyone could answer a question for me...I have a neighbor who gave me a Campagnolo Proton wheelset, which appears to be in great shape. I know I can use the front wheel for a spare or training wheel if nothing else, but what can I do with the rear if all my equipment is SRAM and Shimano? Can I put a Campy cassette on the bike and have it work on a SRAM Force or Rival equipped bike, or even on my Shimano Tiagra RD on my cross bike? Or, could I just put one cog on it and use it as a singlespeed? Any thoughts you have would be appreciated - thanks!
