Okay so I just want to make sure I've got this right here. I'm a little slow but if you bear with me, I should catch on.
Following this logic the metabolism doesn't behave any differently during sleep either so I'm thinking fourth meal at taco bell should work well for you near midnight

So nutrition and hydration immediately after a hard workout or an event isn't a part of training and diet? Are we supposed to stand around and drink beer until we can have a square meal at home or lug around a personal chef and masseuse every where we go?
