Another cool thing that we have not announced is that Castelli is doing a
special jersey to aid in the Fundraising. We will be selling them for $100
(off the website) and Castelli is giving the velodrome $60 for each one
sold. I have attached a picture of the jersey.

I stopped by at Upper Echelon today to drop off Blind Date at the Dairy
cycling caps, t-shirts and men's and women's season passes for the silent
auction. Russell greeted me at the door of his awesome facility with a big
smile. Russell and his crew are pumped to put on a great fundraiser for
Alpenrose tonight. Here's why you should consider coming or donating:

Alpenrose does so much for OBRA. Alpenrose hosts our velodrome, hosts cross
races, cross clinics, storage for OBRA containers full of race equipment
and OBRA trucks. Alpenrose asks for nothing in return. Showing up to hang
out with OBRA people and to eat pizza and drink beer with the opportunity to
bid on great prizes is an awesome way to give back and to help pay for where
you play. OBRA is a 501(c)(3), so your contributions are tax deductible.

You should know that Phase One of our velodrome repair is a huge
improvement. We have not yet fully paid for Phase One. After Phase One, we
will need to do two or three more phases to complete our renovations.

Please come to Upper Echelon tonight between 7:30 and 10 pm. If you can't
make it tonight, please consider making a direct contribution in any amount
