Question for OBRA attorneys and/or Forest Park law knowledgable folk:
Is it legal to walk/run with a bicycle on bike restricted trails such as Wildwood?
If so, it might just be time to organize a fully legal bike rally on the trail system there.
I'd really like to see singletrack in FP by the time my kids are ready to ride trails...which isn't that far away.
