If you are at all injured, go to the doctor and file a police report. Have
a bike shop estimate the replacement value of everything that was
materially devalued due to the accident (bar tape, clothes, handlebar).
Contact the drivers insurance and get a claim number. Proactively follow up
on the progress of the claim weekly.

Anthony Dsomething

I just got hit on 49th and foster...guy turned into me. My front tire and
handlebars are screwed. I need advice on the actions I should take. I am
also looking to find front tire and handle bars that can replace what I
have now.
