There's a group of us riding through Carlton then up and along the Nestucca
river vs. the standard route. It's much more scenic than the standard route
and there's very little traffic. The reason for the low traffic is that
there's about 5 miles of gravel which is usually not as bad as some of the
chip seal roads I've ridden.

Scholls Ferry & Murray.
