Looking to help a friend start commuting to work and generally riding a
bicycle. She approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall. Preferably something
that will fit full fenders, but we can modify fenders to fit if the
geometry to tight. She's fairly new to riding/commuting, but lives near
PCC Sylvania and commutes to downtown for work, so something thats not too
relaxed and will power through the hills. Her budget is around $450 give
or take depending on the set up. Looking to pick something up sooner than
later.
