I December an off duty cop was on a training ride and harassed by a knife

wielding guy because he wanted bikes off his road. His road is County Farm

Road in Springfield a fairly busy county road.

The story is a fairly long, but basically the guy was in the cops face so

much the cop "badged" him, and the guy pulled a knife. The cop called 911

and had the guy arrested. He pled guilty, and is required to attend anger

management classes, fined, and most likely have to pay a civil payment to the

cop. The cop plans on buying bike helmets for kids with the guys money.
