Hi David,
The Mary's Peak Hill Climb will be handled in OBRA TT format and according
to the OBRA TT Cup rules. The start times and start location will be posted
on this page: http://www.vccycling.com/mphctt/
Basically, the start is near the intersection of Botkin Rd and Hwy 34 in
Philomath (just outside of Corvallis). The first rider goes off at 11:00am.
We will post the start times after pre-registration closes later this week.
