they make a seat collar which has eyelets for a rear rack, works great!

I'm looking to get some panniers for the commute to work. However, I need a low profile rack. The last rack I had was a Topeak BeamRack, and the clamp would hit my thighs. I do not have mounting brackets on the frame, so it must be via seatpost (or creative zip ties?).

Suggestions?
