You are right on, Stewart! Now that I've moved Northwards 200 miles, I'm stunned at the differences.
One of the most noticeable is the "chat" list- I'm signed up for both WSBA lists, but there is SO little activity, compared to OBRA. (How do they sell bike parts up here???)
I think I've gotten maybe 40 WSBA e-mails so far...
...For the entire *Year*!
