typically it is 1st sprint for 5th place,
next sprint 4th place,
etc., to the 5th sprint for 1st place.

To the twenty track riders:
I checked the rules. I found no definition for a win & out (I know what that is) let alone a Belgian win& out.
How does the Belgian differ from the regular? Are the holes bigger like on the waffle?
