I just received a call from Gerard Bisceglia, the new USAC CEO. He told me

that USAC is going to officially announce that they will recognize ability

categories assigned by OBRA and other cycling organizations. In addition,

they will recognize placing in OBRA races for upgrading USCF and NORBA

categories. This actually represents a making official of what has been the

practice to this point but was officially not allowed. I see this as

something that will be beneficial to both OBRA and USAC and members of both
