years.

Here's another one for you: Beaverton Town Square Crit, free lap rule ends
at 5 laps to go...Wayne Stetina is off the front of the Pro 1/2 race, and
just after passing the start/finish with 5 to go, gets a flat, stops, runs
back to the start, gets a spare wheel, and still finishes in front of
everyone else. Does he get the win?
