Huh? The OBRA board? It doesn't make racing rules. Those are proposed by members and voted on by club representatives. The OBRA board doe not have a hand in this.

Ten crashed. The rest "fell over" to get a lap. Of the ones that really crashed, five needed a wheel or bars straightened. The rest wait with a foot down until the pack comes around.

TT Scenario
Rider does not get a restart, should return to course with the clock running. If not, could be a dnf

The rule for a Prologue is that the rider would get the same as last place time. A prologue is defined as a Stage One Time trial.

For your info, the CR this weekend gave riders with mechanicals in the Stage Two time trial last place time. Really generous if you are a type A rule person.

In the pit, rider have only two laps to return to the course in a 1 k criterium. If you tried to line them up alphabetically it may takes months ;-)

Same as any other olives or cherries. Sharp small paring knife, slightly dampen the blade then insert, cut from top half the length, remove pit.
