- Thomson stem, shallow, comfortable handlebars. 40 cm wide
- Training clinchers, with Conti Supersonic tires in good shape (can be pumped to about 125 psi)
- You choice of FSA chainring 52, 51, 50, 49t (pick one. Extra is $25 each)
- Your choice of dura-ace cog 17,16,15,14t (pick one. Extra is $20 each)
- Izumi chain cut to to work with the chainring/cog combos above
- Ultegra SL pedals
- Selle SMP Evolution saddle
