Brad Cockman, DC
As hard as the race conditions were yesterday I would have MUCH rather
been riding around versus STANDING around like all the officials had to.
You guys were the real race winners yesterday. Thanks a ton for all your
hard work and Eskimo-like fortitude.

Thanks for all those who have helped us find some of the errors in the
results yesterday. As with the start up of each season we had some
challenges. The device that holds the camera on the tripod was
accidentally
removed so that the camera had no perch. We tried to set that up on a
box
but it was certainly less than optimal. The rain affected all of the
equipment including the humans. I know that I did not warm up until
somewhere north of Salem. We are going to try and fix some blaring
errors
and will repost later tonight or tomorrow.
to help at the next race. Please have someone double check your number
placement. Numbers under rain jackets are almost impossible to read.
If
you feel you were in the top 15 of a group all of the officials, though
they
may appear harried, want you to stop by and give them your number.
After
politely stating where you thought you might have placed then go away
and
await for results to be posted.
It is going to be a great year!
