I'm looking for a roommate to fill one of two open rooms in my apartment in southeast. The apartment has three bedrooms and 1.5 baths (the half bath is in one of the rooms). Move in date is JULY 1ST.

The complex is relatively quiet, with a manager on-site, an on-site laundry room, basement storage, and a super awesome location at 24th and Taylor.Total rent is $980: two of the rooms are $308, and the one with a half bath is $333. We pay PGE and Comcast which totals to about $50/mo at the most.

About me:

I am 23, just graduated from Portland State, working part-time. I race bikes, and generally enjoy being outside, reading, cooking and baking. I am vegan and cook almost all my meals.
I ocassionally have small parties but typically am pretty low-key. I do not own a TV and generally only watch movies on my computer sometimes.

I am looking for a roommate who is somewhere around my age, employed, and hopefully super awesome. I prefer to live with people who I can hang out with from time to time. I don't mind meat in the kitchen. A cyclist would be cool, but it's not the most important thing in the world!

There is also a kitty in residence, as well. Her name is Cielle and she has medium-lenght fur - so you probably should like cats and not be allergic to them. She's a little silly, but a great little companion who everyone has loved so far.
