A local businessman on my street is interested in advertising his business on Downtown bike messengers' bikes and / or bike delivery persons' bikes.
Does anyone know if this format exists? How would one start the process? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please respond off-list with any ideas / contacts. Thanks in advance.
