Universal Sports- Comcast?

You are correct, right now NBC sports owns both the former Universal Sports
and Versus channels.
When NBC purchased Universal it went from a free channel to a subscription
channel that the cable
companies have to pay for. Most of them didn't want the added fee and
dropped it.

No idea how the Olympic content will get split. You can guarantee hours of
gymnastics, swimming
and diving on the main channel, after that who knows?

It's still owned by NBC, which I think owns Comcast, or the other way
around. My fear is that a lot of the Olympic cycling will be on Universal
and Comcast won't air it.

It is my understanding that Universal Sports broadcast was purchased by
Direct TV or Dish, that is why it is not running on 302 via Comcast.

Anybody know if Comcast has Universal Sports back in their line up? It'd be
nice to have cable provider that allows us to see both Le Tour & the Giro +
Vuelta.
