You love racing cross! Youre fast on the bike, have decent handling skills, and smooth dismounts. Sweet! But
Do your legs struggle when you switch from riding to carrying your bike? Are your run-ups anything but? Do you trip on barricades near the finish because your leg and arm muscles are too fatigued to get you and your lightweight bike over?
Whether youre a veteran or rookie, train NOW to build the muscular endurance and core strength youll need for better bike-handling, dynamic transitions from riding to running with minimal lag in power, and stronger run-ups this coming season.
This is not a CX skills clinic, but rather an excellent precursor to all the upcoming great skills clinics on the calendar.
This indoor camp alternates pedal stroke drills on our indoor bikes (or your bike/trainer) with quick transitions to off-bike strength training and conditioning specifically designed to help you meet the muscular demands of cyclocross.
Juniors welcome.
