Bike/Wheels Stolen in Bend, OR (Cascade Racer)
This morning between 4:30 AM and 7:00 AM my mountain bike and 2 sets of
carbon road wheels were stolen out of the back of my truck in the hotel
parking lot. The truck was backed into the stall and the thief(s) cut a
Kryptonite cable lock and disassembled a fork mount to get the bike and
wheels out.
Bike - 2012 Trek Superfly 100 Pro 29er - Serial Number 2139F504112 (Bike
frame has white duct tape protecting cable rub areas)
Wheels - 2012 Bontrager Aeolus D5 Clincher with 11x27 Cassette
Wheels - Williams System 38 Carbon Tubular with 12x25 Dura Ace Cassette
(front wheel has Kenda tubular, rear has Zipp Tangente tubular)
Bike Tools - Plano fishing tackle box with Park Tools. Box is covered with
stickers including Bolle Killer Loop and Univeristy of Alberta Engineering
