It's that time of year again! Almost August, and you know what that means -
time for the Portland Twilight Criterium presented by Subaru, one of the
most highly anticipated races of the Oregon racing season.

*This event has something for everyone*.

*For the racers: *
Compete for the region's biggest purse in the 11th Annual Portland Twilight
Criterium, presented by Subaru, on Friday, August 10. The course surrounds
the North Park Blocks of downtown Portland, creating an island oasis of
360-degree race viewing for spectators. There's always fast-paced
excitement for cyclists and spectators alike along the race's highly
technical course.

21+ racers will receive a complimentary beer after their race and all
racers will receive a free burrito coupon courtesy of Laughing Planet Cafe.

Races are open to all ages and genders. Free lap rule is in effect.

Warm-ups are 15 minutes before each race. Women may race in their category
or one category down.

Category 3 - 6:30pm (45 minutes + 1 lap)

Category Pro/1/2 - 7:30pm (1 hour + 1 lap)

The fastest and top ranked teams from across the nation are coming to
compete for the area's largest purse in the Portland Twilight Criterium,
presented by Subaru. Watch as they race on Portland city streets in the
heart of Downtown Portland.
