Not sure if you are necessarily interested in a technical alpine endeavor but they can cater to your needs, including climbing hood and any of the other cascade peaks (and a couple less technical climbs if that suits). All equipment can be rented from them so that shouldnt hang you up..
I guided for them for many years and can very much vouch for them and know they will provide a cool, fun, and safe adventure..they are based out of bend.
