Size 54-ish? Mostly white disc wheel? It's being ridden around NE, up and down Interstate and Denver several times over the last few weeks, by someone who a) doesn't fit on the bike b) is clearly not a cyclist c) is highly unlikely to have purchased the bike legitimately. Might be worth your time to hang out at an outside cafe for a few evenings and check it out.
