Shucks..............I thought the prohibition cross race might have been in Independence, OR (no dis on Bend). Not sure if it still is........but Independence was a dry town for many, many years. Everyone there bought beer in Monmouth or Salem. Perfect location maybe?
On the other hand, maybe the Bend promoter has a surprise planned...like not taking a hand-up is prohibited? Just kidding OBRA rules always apply I know.
