Build and maintain the muscular endurance and core strength you need for better bike-handling, dynamic transitions from riding to running, clearing barriers, and stronger run-ups. This camp combines pedal stroke drills on our indoor bikes (or your bike/trainer) with off-bike strength-training and conditioning exercises specifically designed to help you meet the demands of CX.

Aug 20-Sep 12, every Mon*/Wed, 7:15 - 8:15PM
$88 for 4 weeks (7 sessions) *NOTE: No session on Monday, Sep 3 (Labor Day)
