Well with all the pressure washing and raising a baby more than I'm working, my racing has been very slim over the past two years.
So I hear a lot of y'all talking about strava. I figure that if I ask a few basic questions, I'll get back more info than I can handle, which is good. This is part of why I like the OBRA mailing list.
So strava is GPS run...I have a edge 500, even though it does map my rides, I use a speed cadence sensor to be more accurate. Does that affect strava?
Secondly, when I want to compete a course do I need to restart my computer or can I download my whole ride for the day and strava will crop just the section that I am trying to challenge?
Lastly...up grade to premium strava membership?
I love numbers but I have no time to play around with all of this as much as I want to. Hopefully 2013 I will finally upgrade to powermeter, play more with strava, remember how to create and upload routs into the edge 500, etc.
OH yea, is there a strava category for pulling a burley trailer with a toddler inside? :)
Please respond privately so this thread doesn't fill up the mailing list for the next few days.
Thanks,
Stewart Campbell
