I am putting together what signs we are going to put up at the velodrome
this year. If you, or anyone you know, might be interested in having a
sponsor sign displayed for the 2015 season let me know and I can send
details.

I am putting together who will have signs at the velodrome for this year. We
have both signs on the fence and on the record board. The cost for display
of these signs is low so they are actually a pretty good advertising value.
If you or someone you know would like to have a sign display let me know and
I will send you specifics.

I am putting together the sign sponsorship program for the Alpenrose
Velodrome. The basic deal is that the sponsors pay or give something else
of value and we, in exchange, display a sign at the velodrome. There are 2
basic sign types; fence signs and record board signs. Fence signs are 3 by
8 feet and are installed on the back stretch fence. They cost $500/season.
Record board signs are 10.5 by 15 inches and they go on the record board at
the entrance to the velodrome. They are $100/season. Signs go up before
the first races and come down after the cyclocross. With scheduled programs
now 7 days/week during the summer there are lots of viewings of these signs
which make them a reasonable advertising deal. They are also a great way to
contribute to bike racing in general. If your company or someone you know
might be interested please contact me. If you give me contact information I
will present a proposal. In fact, if you just want a vanity sign up there
saying what a great guy you are we will do the deal for you. Just let me
know.

I am starting to organize who will have signs at the velodrome for this

season. If you, your employer or anyone you know is interested in having a

sign displayed let me know.

There are two types of signs:

Fence Signs - These signs are 3 feet by 8 feet. They are done on high

quality wooden sign board. The signs are mounted on the track fence on the

back stretch and are easily visible from the spectator stands. The cost for

display of Fence Signs for the 2004 season will be $500 per sign. I have

attached example pictures of fence signs.

Record Board Signs - These signs are 10.5 inches by 15 inches. They are

mounted on the record board at the entrance to the velodrome. The cost for

display of Record Board Signs for the 2004 season will be $100 per sign.

There is also the possibility of having a sign on the officials building.

This sign could be 3 feet by 16 feet. The cost for this is negotiable.

We cover the cost of sign production. The signs are put up prior to the

first racing event in April and will remain there through the cyclocross

events at the velodrome in the fall. The signs are visible during all racing

events, during training sessions and whenever people see the velodrome.

This means the signs will be seen 7 days per week, throughout the summer

cycling season. The cost of display may be paid with cash or with product,

coupon redeemable for product or trade-out.

I am in the process of lining up people to purchase signs at the velodrome

for the 2003 season. These signs provide great exposure to the cycling and

general market at a quite reasonable cost. In addition, all the money

generated goes entirely into supporting the racing program. If you or

anyone you know might be interested in getting a sign displayed at the track

please contact me so I can get you the particulars.
