Hey OBRAland,
I'm looking for a roommate to share my home in NE Portland starting October 1. Haven't taken photos or posted on Craigslist yet--thought I would start here.
It's a 2 bedroom/1 bath bungalow near Kennedy School, New Seasons, and Fernhill Park. Just 850 sf on the main level, but the same in unfinished basement which includes laundry and tons of storage for bikes and other gear. Great back yard with raised bed garden and deck. I'm usually gone 4 days a week for work and often am away on my weekends as well, especially in the summer.
$700 includes utilities. Will consider couples and/or a dog for additional $. Looking for someone who is easy going, responsible, reasonably clean and neat.
