I just registered on the OBRA site for the "Cat 3" race in Longview, WA on 8/25 but the race flyer PDF lists two fields (a 3/4 and a 2/3 field). I'm trying to determine if the flyer is correct and if the start time for the 2/3 field is 2:20PM. Can someone confirm this for me?

Oh, and the flyer says registration for the 2/3 race is $10. That can't be right, can it?
