A friend, in Arizona, is looking for a very small ladies bike - road
or hybrid. She prefers a steel frame. She wants one with 650c wheels.
She has looked at custom, but would like to keep it under 2k, so
custom may not be an option. Anyone have a good used bike, or know of
a shop or brand that carries something similar to what she's looking for?
